I bought my Ford Transit Custom from Turnbridge Autos and I’m really pleased with both the van and the service. It felt like I was being looked after rather than just sold to, which makes a big difference. When I collected the van it was spotless inside and out, even under the bonnet, which really showed the care and attention they put in. I have previously reviewed when I bought the van so I have used the wife's account this time. I bought the vivaro van in Oct and I have had no issues until the alternator started showing signs of failure. One phonecall later and my van was booked into the local garage and the issue resolved with no questions asked! It wasn't a cheap replacement and we chatted it through and the invoice was cleared straight away. He's not lying when he said that the warranty is his guarantee and he's a man of his word ! Much appreciated 👏
